We worked with Tabatha to lease my home. We relied on her expertise, professionalism, and knowledge; however Tabatha and her team failed to honor our requests, disclose information, and be honest about the process. We were the ones who had to request information rather than it be disclosed promptly by her initiative. We felt like we were in this process alone, and am very disappointed in the service she provided. She did not seem genuinely interested in helping us have a smooth process but rather in her economical gain. I do not recommend her to anyone.

I called Tabatha out of desperation as I was living out of state in a bad situation in which I needed to sell my home as soon as possible, but did not believe I had much hope. Tabatha was wonderful in allaying my anxiety and fears and filling me with badly needed hope and confidence. Tabatha kept me well- informed, and when I had a question, she responded right away. She arranged for house cleaning, lawn care and cleanup and repairs from a storm. She did this immediately without question.
